Please note that gift vouchers cannot be posted or couriered to an overseas recipient, only to New Zealand addresses.  Email Vouchers can be sent worldwide.

By Email

Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient. This is a system generated email and therefore may go to the email recipient's junk or spam email folder. Please also take care when entering the email address that it is correct. If an email delivery fails we will attempt to contact you to advise that the email has been returned to us 'undelivered' and will try to get another email address.

Dispatch Information

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public holidays. Gift vouchers ordered before 1pm from Monday to Friday will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 1pm, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day. If a gift voucher is ordered after 1pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be issued and dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

By Deadline Courier
For vouchers delivered by Deadline Couriers, in addition to the above dispatch times, please then allow at least one (1) working day for the voucher to be delivered. Delivery to rural  and remote areas may take longer. A physical address must be provided. Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and neither Deadline Courier nor Cordis, Auckland can guarantee delivery within this timeframe.

By Post Haste Courier (not available for Spa vouchers)
For vouchers delivered by Post Haste Couriers, in addition to the above dispatch times, please then allow at least two to five (2-5) working days for the voucher to be delivered.  Delivery to rural  and remote areas may take longer. A physical address must be provided. Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and neither Post Haste Courier nor Cordis, Auckland can guarantee delivery within this timeframe.
