Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

**Under the NZ Government’s Covid-19 Protection Framework, all hotel guests & patrons need to show their official Covid vaccination certificate or exemption to enter the hotel.**

Blackout dates may apply during promotional periods. Eight gift vouchers are not valid during November and December due to the festive buffet promotion unless you would like to pay the difference between the voucher value and the promotion value. Alternatively you can purchase a food and beverage monetary voucher that is valid during these periods. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase. Advance bookings are required and redemption is strictly subject to availability. This voucher features a unique reference number, may only be redeemed once, and may not be exchanged for cash. Any unused amount will be forfeited. Please quote the Gift Voucher reference number when reserving your experience, using the contact details shown on the voucher. The original Gift Voucher(s) must be presented on arrival at Cordis Auckland. The Gift Voucher may be replaced if lost/stolen providing you have proof of purchase and it has not already been redeemed. The Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special events. Vouchers will not be extended past the validity date.
