Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

By Post

Local delivery - standard SF Express delivery service to Hong Kong only business and home addresses. Please allow at least five (5) working days for Hong Kong delivery during regular postal time and at least seven (7) working days during peak postal time. No delivery services for warehouse, logistics center, airport, terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center, AsiaWorld-Expo, bonded area or customs supervision area.

Overseas delivery – there is no delivery service provided outside of Hong Kong. You can choose the delivery options as Email (for vouchers only) or Collect from Hotel.

Collect from Hotel

Please contact our team at least 72 hours before you collect your gifts from the hotel so that we can wrap and prepare the gifts for you to collect. Please collect your gifts within 7 days after you make an appointment for collection. For any gifts that do not redeem on the reserved period, we will store it in our storage room so please contact our team again for the new pick-up date and collect within 7 days after confirming the appointment.
